Under the drive and passion of Peter and Helen Sjoquist an idea has evolved into the signature event, the envy of communities across the nation.

A casual observer will note two nights of spectacular performance from the schools around Far North Queensland. Alone this would make Croc a worthwhile investment but Croc Festival® is much more.

Croc Festival® performance is now integrated into our curriculum. It is not a one off event but a culminating activity demanding intellectual rigor.

It is also a major reporting time where Heads of Campus and Principals report to their peers against the goals set by our agency.

This year is also our first step towards rekindling the old sporting rivalry that existed years ago between the Torres Strait and Cape York.

Strait verses the Cape - the tradition has returned.
